Think of this as a frugal living guide for kids eat free buffet for restaurant promotions.
Be sure to check with the establishment before you head there because often times these promotions may run continuously or only at certain select times throughout the year.
These are restaurants found mainly in the Metro Detroit area including Wayne County, Oakland County, Livingston County, and Macomb County.

Boston Market – If you join Boston Market’s VIP Club, you and your kids can score a free dessert on your birthdays. You can also score some instant promotions off of your next purchase just by signing up for VIP Club. And who doesn’t like to save money?!
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream – They offer rewards to one of your smallest family members! As long as your kid is shorter than 40 inches, they can receive one free baby cone according to their website.
Culver’s – This is one of my personal favorites where I take my kids because I love their food. Kids 12 and younger get a free custard with the purchase of a kid’s meal. Also be sure to sign up for MyCulver’s and receive a free scoop of ice cream.
Double Dave’s Pizza – One kid’s buffet meal free when you buy an adult buffet at Double Dave’s Pizza.
Fricker’s – Participation does vary by location but when you dine in at Fricker’s kids eat free all day, every day.
Holiday Inn – One of the best promotions offered for kids is through Holiday Inn of all places. Holiday Inn lets up to four kids eat for free at their on-site Holiday Inn restaurants which offers a tremendous savings for a family of 4. Kids also get their own menu! Kids must be 12 or younger to qualify for the promo.
IHOP – You will definitely want to contact your local IHOP because this deal is only offered during certain times of the year. When offered, at IHOP kids eat free every day from 4 – 9 pm. You get one free kid’s meal for each adult entree purchased. This offer is valid for dine-in only and can’t be combined with other coupons or offers.
McAlister’s Deli – Every day at McAlister’s Deli kids can eat for .99. A great value for under a buck!
O’Charleys – When one adult meal is purchased, O’Charley’s gives one free kid’s meal. Valid all day every day. Your kids need to be 10 or younger to qualify for the promo. Participation varies by location.
Olga’s Kitchen – Kids eat for $2.99 every day (Lakeside-Sterling Heights, MI). Participation varies by location. Join Olga’s Rewards Plus program and you will also receive a free appetizer for joining and also a free dessert during the month of your birthday.
On the Border – Receive a a free sundae with a kid’s meal purchase at On the Border.
Pinchers – Kids eat free everyday with each adult entree purchase of at least $13.99. Kids must be 12 and under and order from kids menu. All Florida locations.
